What is the Luxx Referral Program?

How do I participate in the Luxx Referral Program?

To participate in the Luxx Referral Program, simply sign up through our website heyluxxlash.com. Click on the Luxx Rewards button found at the bottom left area of the page, and fill out the necessary information to get you started!

Afterwards, look for the Refer a Friend section. Share the provided link to your friend. Once your friend’s order has been confirmed and validated, you will receive your P500 discount voucher via email.

What constitutes a successful referral?

A successful referral is defined as a first online purchase made on heyluxxlash.com by a person (“referred friend”) using a unique promo code shared by the referrer. It only works for new customers and their first purchase; the email address entered must be one that does not have an account in the store yet.

When do my discount coupons expire?

The referrer’s discount coupons must be used within 60 days upon the date the reward value was given.

Can I accumulate all my discount coupons and use it for one checkout? 

No, we only accept one referral discount coupon per checkout therefore it is not possible to apply multiple rewards received from more than one successful referral. 

How do I keep track of my referral rewards? 

You can track your referral rewards in the Luxx Rewards launcher. You will also receive an email notification upon successful referral.
