Not familiar with the shopping method? Just follow these easy steps!

1. Navigate through the website and click Add to Cart button if you find the items you like to purchase. Review your items by clicking the shopping bag icon on the upper right side of the website.

2. Click Checkout if you would like to proceed to the checkout page. You will be asked to either Continue Checkout as a Guest or log-in to your Luxx Lash account.

3. Fill out the Checkout Form with your details, choose a Shipping and Payment Option then click on the Place Order button.

Congratulations, you have successfully placed your order! Be sure to check your email for messages regarding your order. Please add ask@heyluxxlash.com to your contact list so your messages won’t end up in your spam folder.

Items you left in your cart will still be available to you every time you log in! Not ready to purchase your items just yet? Create an account so that items in your cart will not go away every time you close the website.

Sorry to hear about that :( This means that the product has been sold out and the stock has been bought beforehand. Adding to cart doesn’t automatically reserve your items.

Yes you can! Once you go to the product page, you can change the quantity you want to order. Once your items have been added to cart, check the shopping bag icon in your upper right hand corner and you can either click the up and down arrow to remove and add more of that item in your cart or click the “remove” button in order to erase the item from your shopping list.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been settled, but we do allow product exchanges.

Yes, we will have promos. Watch out for it on our website and social media accounts!

We allow exchanges of unused damaged or defective items only until 2 days after delivery due to the nature of our product.
