In the event that the item you receive does not meet our company standards, no worries—we’ve got you! You may refer to the guidelines and instructions needed below in order to request for a return, exchange, or refund:
- Our return and exchange policy lasts for seven (7) days from the delivery of your order. If seven (7) days have gone by, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
- Kindly note that requests for a return or exchange are still subject to approval. To make a request, send us an email at email@example.com or a direct message on Instagram @heyluxxlash. Be sure that your email contains your name, address and contact number along with the complete details of your request.
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review the condition of your item and we will see if it is valid for return/exchange. Provided below are the points that determine whether or not your item is eligible:
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your order must be:
- Unused and in the same condition
- In its complete, original packaging
- Defective in design, material, or workmanship
- The wrong item delivered
The following will not be accepted for return or exchange:
- Items bought on sale price
- Requests for a new style due to a change of mind
- Requests sent past the standard seven (7) days’ notice
- Once your request is approved by the team, you will receive further instructions regarding delivery and payment. If you wish to return items, please be sure to send them back in the condition that you have received them. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and properly sealed.
- Please be reminded that shipping costs are to be covered by you and that the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account within fourteen (14) working days.
